We’re based in Shenzhen, China, and we stock inventory in the USA, UK, and EU so customers can get fast 2–5 day delivery.
Q: Are you a manufacturer or reseller?
We’re a factory, not a middleman. We’ve been producing vape hardware and branded packaging since 2009.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We support Credit Card, Bank Transfer, PayPal, Apple Pay, Bitcoin, CashApp, and cash in California.
Q: Why are your prices higher than some suppliers?
Our pricing reflects premium hardware, strict QC, real engineering support, USA/UK/EU warehouse stock, and long-term reliability — not cheap, low-quality parts.
Q: What vape products do you offer?
We supply branded empty disposables (1ml–3.5g), 510 cartridges, batteries, jars, and custom packaging.
OEM / branding is available for all product lines.
Q: How long does delivery take?
USA/UK/EU warehouse: 2–5 days
From China: 10–14 days production + 2–3 weeks shipping
Q: Is my payment safe?
Yes — all payments are secure, and we provide shipping proof + tracking for every order.
Q: Can I pick up from the warehouse?
Not yet. Our warehouses are logistics-only and don’t support walk-in pickups.
Q: Do you offer discounts?
Yes — bulk pricing and long-term partner discounts are available.
Q: Can you ship before I pay?
We ship after full payment to keep the process clear and smooth for both sides.
Q: What happens if an item is out of stock?
We’ll notify you right away and give you the earliest restock ETA.

Q: When will my order ship?
USA/UK/EU warehouse orders usually ship same day or next day.
Tracking is sent as soon as it’s available.
Q: Why is my tracking not updating?
Carriers sometimes delay updates due to weather, holidays, or high-volume seasons.
We monitor your shipment and follow up for you.
Q: Tracking says delivered — what should I do?
If tracking shows delivered, please check with your receiving department, mailbox, or building management.
